Star Chart

With Murray now needing to wear a patch, Elaine made him a star chart. Looks much better in real life, but he helped to decorate and it's lovely and bright. 2 Stickers already too. WHOOOOOOOO

The Second Cake

This is the cake for the actual day. The first cake went down very well at the childminder's house and all children (and adults) were satsified. Hope the same happens with this cake.

The First Cake

Mummy's made the first of Eilidh's birthday cakes. This cake is for Elaine's house. Doesn't it look scrummy? Eilidh and Murray will find out tomorrow at Elaine's house.

Murray's Eye Appointment

We've been to the hospital. I thought it would be a straight forward simple appointment but it's starting to look like his left eye is quite weak so we're onto patches. He's not very happy about it but it has to be done. We're going back in 8 weeks time too.

Cake

Do you think Mummy will be able to make this cake? We'll have to wait and see.

Blessed

I feel truly blessed to have 2 such wonderful children.

Update

I've just realised this hasn't been updated for a while.

We're all back to normal here. Elidh back to school. Murray back to nursery.

We have some really good news on Murray. He was measured on the 9th of October. He's grown 4cm's since then which for us is fantastic news. He's still smaller than the majority of his friends but to have grown so much in a short space of time is just great news. Only another 5cm's means he'll manage a lot of the rides in Florida. Lets see how he gets on at his sight test later this month.

11 days to Eilidh's birthday. She's so excited. Nearly 7. Means she's getting grown up too.

24 weeks and 4 days until our holiday too. Kids are so excited. And Murray is getting excited that he knows he'll go to school after that. I think he's more excited at getting a school lunch!!!!
